My Mission
Each piece of jewelry is created with the hope of becoming that bridge, linking you to your inner radiance and guiding you back to your truest self.
When I wear my own creations, I feel either a quiet sense of comfort or a natural rise of confidence from within. Some people wear them as talismans, and it brings me joy to know they gently accompany each person in daily life.
To adorn oneself is like igniting a small spark — an energy that flows from within and lights the path ahead. My mission is that TsuNagime jewelry offers this subtle sense of connection: to your heart, your body, and the rhythm of your life.

Hi! I’m Sayaka!
I was born in Ishikawa, Japan. During high school, I had the chance to visit the United States, which sparked a lifelong fascination with foreign cultures. Later, I spent time in Canada and Berlin, Germany, where encounters with people, nature, and antique markets rich with history deeply shaped my creative perspective.
When I returned to Japan, I moved to Tokyo. Surrounded by people passionately following their own paths, I felt inspired to begin my own journey. It started with a small select shop, curating accessories and objects I loved. Meeting my mentor became a turning point, guiding me toward the path of becoming a maker.
For several years I created in Tokyo, but during the pandemic I realized I longed for a quieter life, closer to nature. This led me to Higashi-Izu, Shizuoka. Here, between the sea and the mountains, I live in rhythm with nature—dedicating myself fully to jewelry making at my own pace.

Encounter with My Mentor
At the heart of my craft stands the guiding presence of a mentor — a delicate soul whose mastery blends skill with profound sensitivity. Their work is flawless, uncompromising, and a true testament to precision and refined beauty.
From the very beginning, my mentor encouraged me with the words: “Create whatever you love, freely.” Rather than imposing techniques, they nurtured my own sensibilities, allowing me to grow into the maker I am today. Without this encounter, my path as a creator would have been very different.
Even now, for special commissions such as wedding rings — where the highest level of delicacy and precision is required — I entrust the work to my mentor. Within those pieces lives a beauty I could never achieve on my own. They remain a presence I deeply respect, and one for which I am endlessly grateful.
